CEO Sergiy Skurykhin shares AI integration results at the International Economic Forum

During the event, Sergiy discussed the strategic integration of artificial intelligence and its impact on human capital. He emphasized that AI should be viewed not as a replacement for human professionals, but as a collaborative tool that enhances capabilities and complements human talent. According to Sergiy, automating routine workflows frees teams to focus on more complex, high-value tasks, ultimately allowing businesses to scale faster.
Among various AI projects delivered by ZONE3000, Sergiy highlighted the results of an in-house technical support chatbot created following a contract with OpenAI. Launched a year ago, the tool now handles roughly 30% of routine support tasks. This integration did not lead to staff reductions; instead, through retraining, it allowed the existing team to expand operational capacity, manage a larger client base, and navigate the transition through gradual internal adoption.
Sergiy concluded that while internal concerns often accompany technological shifts, the primary goal of AI implementation remains augmenting human potential and driving sustainable business growth.
