ZONE3000 attended HR Tech Europe 2025, the top conference for HR

ZONE3000 IT Recruitment team recently participated in HR Tech Europe 2025, one of the leading conferences dedicated to HR innovation and technology, held on 4-5 March 2025 at RAI Amsterdam. A special focus was placed on the transformative role of AI in optimizing HR and operations.

At the conference, it was discussed that AI chatbots can now interact with candidates, providing information, answering questions, and even conducting video interviews. However, the challenge is that people are not yet fully utilizing the capabilities of AI.

The conference also highlighted four models for implementing AI: Enhancing existing tasks Automating most routine tasks (currently, about 30% of companies are at this stage) Partnering with AI agents Autonomous intelligent agents.

Nevertheless, speakers emphasized that human involvement in the hiring processes remains irreplaceable.

The key takeaway for our recruiters is that AI should enhance rather than replace humans. To ensure that AI does not take our jobs, it's essential to evolve, quickly adopt new tools, and integrate them with your skills.
