Viktoriia Tomchynska, Head of Talent Office & IT Recruitment Director at ZONE3000, took part in the Tech Unity: Clusters Forum and shared insights on the impact of AI on leadership and team management. She highlighted that companies are entering a new operational reality where traditional HR approaches are no longer sufficient, and AI becomes an integral part of organizational processes.

Victoriia's presentation outlined stages of AI adoption within teams, from simple tool use to fully AI-driven organizations, and emphasized how leaders need to adapt by normalizing uncertainty, setting boundaries, and fostering productive human–AI collaboration.
